The Sales award is presented to an outstanding sales professional who demonstrates the importance of relationship building, sales strategy, product knowledge, effective communication, negotiation and continuous improvement in driving sales and profit growth in the store brands industry.

Relationship Building: Building and nurturing strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and other stakeholders to establish collaborative partnerships and drive sales growth.

Account Management: Demonstrating proficiency in managing retail accounts, including understanding customer needs, negotiating terms and agreements, and optimizing product placement and visibility in stores.

Product Knowledge: Deep knowledge of store brand products, including their features, benefits, and points of differentiation, to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers and drive sales.

Sales Strategy and Planning: Developing comprehensive sales strategies and plans that align with business objectives, target market segments, and competitive positioning, while considering market trends and customer insights.

Sales Forecasting and Analysis: Utilizing data and analytics to forecast sales volumes, identify sales opportunities, monitor sales performance, and make informed decisions to optimize sales effectiveness.

Sales Presentations and Communication: Delivering persuasive sales presentations and effective communication with potential buyers, showcasing the value and benefits of store brand products and addressing customer concerns or objections.

Negotiation and Relationship Management: Exhibiting strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements with retail partners, distributors, and other stakeholders, while maintaining positive and mutually beneficial relationships.
