Key Competencies could include:

Quality Management Systems: Implementing robust quality management systems that ensure adherence to strict quality standards throughout the entire supply chain, from sourcing raw materials to manufacturing and distribution.

Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge: Demonstrating a deep understanding of applicable regulations and standards related to product safety and quality, such as FDA guidelines, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), and ISO certifications.
